Delayed customer service

The watch is beautiful. The issue I have is with the delayed customer service. The watch wasn’t working after I received it. I emailed customer service and after waiting 3 days for a response i decided to send the watch back. I was finally contacted and told I could either replace the battery myself or send the watch back for service. I had already sent the watch back. Surprise surprise i received the watch back telling me no one was at that address. Emailed customer support AGAIN and was told “oh yeah we moved”. And that I could send the receipt when I got the battery replaced. I’ve yet to replace the battery in the watch as I haven’t had time. So it’s sitting on my dresser looking pretty. I love the brand and the fact that it’s black owned. Not sure I’ll buy another as they aren’t cheap and the customer really turned me off.
